Episode 17 - BMX Bitches (DRDU S3, EP 5)

Not letting an ocean keep them apart even while vacationing, the bois manage to cobble together an episode like these girls managed to cobble together a girl group challenge! Themed after the famous (citation needed) Australian extreme sports flick The BMX Bandits, our top six girls have to sing, dance, and ride bikes to some of the worst music since BDE. Will they ride into the sunset or crash and burn? Answer: Both! And that's what makes for good TV! Which is still better TV than the reads from this mini-challenge. Will someone get that Ben fellow Joe's number? Will there be singing? Will there be audio issues? Well, yes to that last one, but only by downloading and listening now can YOU find out if the bois got the stuff to take off their training wheels and start riding motocross. Also, Motocrossdressing. With one of the weirdest episode titles we've seen in a minute, it's Snatch Game, and that doesn't happen every season! Down Under has had its highs and lows with Snatch Game and the bois get into it, along with a long discussion about Kylie Minogue. Will an Italian accent win out over a Lord and Savior? Will Cardi B ever win a Snatch Game? Does Ru know any celebrity born after the Bush administration?

The bois are back in town and they've never been loopier! Who are we? Where are we? Down Under, apparently! For this spicy episode we have TWO Lip Synchs For Your Lives to cover, a questionably improvised improv challenge, what qualifies as "fancy underpants," what makes a performance good versus Shakesqueer 2.0, and a villainous runway that has the bois gobbling up some poison apples.

Well, it's kind of obvious considering the favoritism, but still, it's the season finale of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 8 and we need to see our finalists lip-synch, dance, and bare their souls for their last chance to enter the Drag Race Hall of Fame! Or something like that. The Bois meanwhile have to sit there and wonder where exactly it went wrong - 'Cept for David, who for sure had the best time this week.
